You got to roll me.....call me a tumblin dice. You can be my partner in crime....
It was a good plan...the day the Hot Rocks album was released we played hookey from high school....ran to Myrtle Ave to buy it, bought a few quarts of Schaefer and was headed to my room to savor the moment ......until I heard my mother screaming across Fresh Pond Road.... Jo----anne is that you??????And what do you have in that brown bag???
Ah ..we lived to see Graduation Day..This picture was taken the day we graduated from Grover Cleveland....that night we went to see The Stones at The Garden....Thanks for coming to our party, Mick.

you are too funny :)
The Rolling Stones concert at the Garden. Wow what a memory. I had tickets and saw it too. I don't know if it was the same show, but it had to be for a show in the same tour.
I was somewhere, probably doing nothing important, and heard on the radio that there was going to be a Stones concert, and it was the first announcement that tickets would be going on sale within a few hours. I had almost no money but I begged my mom for a loan, and I got enough from her and from some people at the park to buy about 10 tickets (Bobby Bertilino did not believe me but I think gave me some cash for a ticket). I was the 9th or 10th person on line at the Garden box office, and there was a huge and tall guy in front of me who must have bought 50 tickets. I was thinking I might never get any. Turned out I wound up with 10 tickets for the 10th row center. It was great especially since I am pretty sure they put a limit on purchases later on. Heck there may have even been a 10 ticket limit then, but that guy in front of me got an awful lot of them. He had one heck of a big wadd of cash. A scalper for sure.
That was certainly much better than when Vinny Alberrci (spelling
?) and me waited about 18 hours freezing our butts off out at Nassau Coliseum waiting for Led Zeppelin tickets. Yeah we got them, and I wound up in the hospital on the night of the show because on that day they took out my appendix.
All the best,

All that talk about Nancy recently, and I still could not remember who you were talking about. I remember her now, and I wonder how I could have ever forgotten.
Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Bart, you had 10 tickets for 10th row center? I remember a bunch of us going with Bobby Bert to get tickets. Waited in line 4ever. We ended up in la la land somewhere and couldnt see a thing..We had a car full that night...where were you?...oh yeah, hanging out with the elite front and center :)
